We are currently looking for a Receptionist/ Inside Sales representative for our US operations. If you are a self-motivated and energetic multi-tasker who is looking to start a career with a growing company then this is the job for you!!! 

 

Experience in years : 1 to 2 yrs.

Responsibilities:

  • Make pro-active outbound phone calls per day to generate new business, document and communicate all aspects of their inbound and outbound phone calls, and on occasion, schedule appointments with accounts for a field visit from a field sales manager.
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads,internet web sites, and other market intelligence sources.
  • Keeping up to date on VAM Systems' solutions and services and also on possible competitors.
  •  Sending out regular mailers to potential customers
  • Making a certain number of outbound calls every day
  • Cold calling as well as telephonic follow up on existing opportunities
  • Keep all the office documentation and files up to date
  • Maintain attendance report
  • Take care of the  regular office mailing

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • excellent customer service skills and enjoy being in a customer-facing role
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
