The Role
The Busser's primary responsibilities are ensure that tables are set to standards, maintain adequate supplies of items needed for service, serve ice, water, and coffee, and clear tables while maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times.

The Requirements
As a Busser, we would love you to have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in hotels or restaurants
  • Ability to display warmth and hospitability
  • Flexible and long hours sometimes required
  • Ability to stand during entire shift
  • Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move object
  • Knowledge of Latin and Asian cuisine a plus
