Our client is seeking a Working Foreman to lead jobsite operations and ensure high-quality electrical work from start to finish in Winder, GA.

Position Summary

· The Working Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field activities while actively participating in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair work.

· This role blends hands-on leadership with strong safety, quality, and scheduling focus to keep projects moving and crews productive.

· You will coordinate jobsite needs, support consistent workmanship, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure work is completed according to project requirements and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Direct day-to-day jobsite activities, coordinating labor, task assignments, and workflow to meet project timelines

· Perform and oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks while working alongside the crew

· Ensure compliance with safety procedures, jobsite rules, and applicable electrical standards; promote a safe work environment

· Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and instructions to guide installation and completion of assigned work

· Track progress, support quality checks, and report updates, issues, and needs to the appropriate leadership

Required Qualifications
