Assembler

Schedule & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• 40-hour work week
• Flexible start times between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM and be finished by 5:00 PM.
• Pay: $19-$22/h

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical robotic systems.
• Perform soldering, wiring, crimping, and cable/harness assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.
• Access digital drawings and documentation from your workstation laptop.
• Request materials through the internal inventory system.
• Inspect completed work and prepare assemblies for Quality Assurance testing.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 6 months of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with soldering, wiring, and crimping.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Experience with robotics, electronics, or cable/harness assembly is considered an asset.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Ottawa, ON.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Ottawa,ON.
