Responsibilities
• Create and lead dynamic bootcamp-style fitness classes catering to a diverse clientele in Atwater, CA, and surrounding areas
• Offer individualized coaching and encouragement to support clients in achieving their fitness and well-being objectives
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and overseethe client form to maintain a safe workout environment
• Devise engaging and challenging workout routines to ensure client motivation and participation
• Monitor client progress, offer constructive feedback, and adapt workout plans as necessary for optimal results
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in fitness coaching or personal training
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles
• US Work Authorization
