Success in fine jewelry sales is built on trust, taste, timing, and the ability to build relationships that last well beyond a single transaction.

A growing Brazilian fine jewelry brand is seeking a Retail & Wholesale Fine Jewelry Sales Representative to help expand its presence across the U.S. market. This role combines relationship-driven sales, business development, and strategic market growth across wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and private client channels. The right person is polished, commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable developing relationships both remotely and in person.

Most day-to-day sales activity will happen through phone, video, email, CRM follow-up, and relationship management, with travel focused primarily on trade shows, private events, and key client meetings.

What You’ll Do

· Develop and grow retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and private client sales opportunities across the U.S. market

· Build and maintain relationships with jewelry retailers, boutiques, buyers, private clients, stylists, and other industry contacts

· Conduct proactive outreach and presentations through phone, video, email, CRM campaigns, in-person meetings, and industry events

· Manage prospecting, pipeline development, follow-up, order management, and closing activities across multiple sales channels

· Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity, client information, pipeline updates, and reporting

· Provide market feedback and commercial insights regarding customer preferences, pricing, competition, product assortment, and growth opportunities

What You Bring

· 3+ years of experience in fine jewelry, luxury jewelry, designer jewelry, or wholesale jewelry sales

· Strong understanding of retail buyers, wholesale relationships, and luxury client expectations

· Existing jewelry industry relationships or market knowledge strongly preferred

· Proven success in relationship-driven sales, business development, or luxury clienteling environments

· Comfortable selling through phone, video conference, email, CRM outreach, and in-person presentations

· Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline independently

· CRM experience required

· Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and strategic client meetings

· Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus
