As a Sales Professional, you’ll be the face of our store, guiding customers through their jewelry-buying journey with expertise, enthusiasm and a commitment to exceptional service. Plus, as an employee-owner you’ll have a direct stake in our success – when we thrive, you thrive!

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect piece
  • Educate clients on diamond quality, gemstones, and fine jewelry craftsmanship
  • Build relationships with new and returning customers
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through outstanding service and product knowledge
  • Discuss available financing options
  • Assist with inventory management and store upkeep
