Sabal Jewelers is a new independent fine jewelry store opening in Babcock Ranch, Florida. Built around exceptional service, trusted relationships, and an approachable luxury experience, Sabal Jewelers will offer fine jewelry, bridal, wedding bands, watches, custom design, and jewelry repair.

We are looking for a Fine Jewelry Sales Consultant who enjoys connecting with people, building lasting relationships, and helping customers celebrate life's most meaningful moments.

Position Overview

The Fine Jewelry Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering a welcoming, knowledgeable, and personalized experience while achieving individual and store sales goals.

The ideal candidate is personable, polished, motivated, and relationship-driven. Fine jewelry sales experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell fine jewelry, bridal, wedding bands, watches, and other merchandise while developing a personal client base
  • Deliver a welcoming, consultative, and relationship-focused customer experience
  • Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and consistent follow-up
  • Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall store performance
  • Develop strong knowledge of jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, bridal, and watches
  • Assist with bridal appointments, special orders, custom projects, and jewelry repair intake
  • Maintain strong merchandising, product presentation, pricing, and sales floor standards
  • Participate in client outreach, store events, promotions, and community initiatives
  • Follow established cash handling, opening/closing, and security procedures
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling valuable merchandise and customer property

Qualifications

  • Previous fine jewelry sales experience is required
  • Experience with store repairs, custom work, and special orders is preferred
  • GIA education or other jewelry industry credentials are a plus
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, professional, and confident approach to customer service
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to develop and maintain a personal client base
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Schedule

Standard shift hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Tuesday–Friday and 9:00 AM–3:30 PM Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday. Hours may vary based on holidays, events, and business needs.

Compensation

Compensation package includes a base compensation plus eligibility for Sabal Jeweler’s performance incentive plan.
