He or she should be a hands-on worker,trainer, mentor, coach, etc., and should direct and coordinate activities of the kitchen, front end, and all employees. Required Skills/Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be polite, reliable, patient, hard-working and ethical

• Managing food restaurant experience is a plus (but not required)

• Excellent communication skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Food handler's certification is required

• Problem solving skills are a must!
