Role Overview: As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT), you’ll be at the heart of keeping our aircraft in peak condition. Reporting to the Aircraft Crew Chief, you'll tackle diverse tasks from maintenance and inspection to troubleshooting and fueling. Your work will ensure our jets soar with top-notch efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute work scope tasks efficiently and to high standards.
  • Perform tasks including maintenance, inspection, servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, fueling, and de-fueling.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in daily interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to Quality Control systems and procedures.
  • Utilize resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
  • Understand and apply Federal Aviation Regulations, particularly CFR parts 43, 91, 145, and 135.
  • Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms accurately.
  • Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget work scope objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and deliverables.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices with a 5S system.
  • Focus on Human Factors and strive for zero defects in workmanship and safety.
  • Adhere to company rules, safety policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the corporate mission and vision through department goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • FAA Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a corporate jet maintenance environment, preferably on Falcon aircraft.
  • APU Operation qualified.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and enter/exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
  • Experience using computers and aircraft software.
  • Desired: FAA Inspection Authorization, Falcon Initial Maintenance School completion, Engine Run & Taxi qualification on business jet aircraft, preferably Falcon.

  • This position is eligible for tech leveling to reflect varying levels of experience
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position typically falls between $28 and $38 per hour. This position is eligible for tech leveling to reflect varying levels of experience. This position is eligible for overtime and may be eligible for shift differential or relocation assistance. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
