  • Collaborate in a collegial, private practice setting with a team of 6 neonatologists
  • Work approximately 10 shifts per month, including 24-hour shifts (taken out-of-house)
  • Partner with 24/7 NNP support and rely on full hospital back-up
  • Deliver care with access to robust sub-specialty and MFM support
