Job description

Jesuit High School is now accepting applications for:

Jesuit High School Night Custodial Staff

Our Mission Statement: Jesuit High School, in its mission as a Catholic, Jesuit, college preparatory school, labors to form men engaged in the world who are dedicated to serving God by being open to growth, intellectually competent, religious, loving and just.

Job Outline: The Night Custodial Staff member is a 12-month, full-time position which is part of Jesuitโ€™s Facilities Department and reports to the Night Custodial Supervisor.

Compensation & Benefits: JHS offers competitive hourly rates based on the candidateโ€™s experience. All Full-time employees are entitled to school paid medical, dental, short/ long term disability, and life insurance. Additionally, JHS contributes to an employee directed retirement program. Paid Time Off and Paid Vacation are also available.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure nightly cleaning scope of work is completed.
  • Empty trash receptacles.
  • Ability to lift up to 45lbs.
  • Assist with school functions, setups, and tear downs.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA, SDS and all safety procedures.
  • Follow instructions given by Night Custodian Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school graduate.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal; bi-lingual would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge and experience with custodial equipment and operations.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Level II Background Screening.
