JES Foundation Repair, a Groundworks Company, is seeking a skilled Masonry Foreman to lead our masonry-focused crews in delivering high-quality foundation repair and structural restoration services. This position is ideal for an experienced mason with leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for craftsmanship. As a Masonry Foreman, you'll provide hands-on leadership while performing and overseeing tasks such as tuck pointing, lintel repair/replacement, brick/block repair, and other light masonry work directly tied to foundation stabilization and repair projects. You will coordinate daily tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities of Foreman:
• Lead a crew performing masonry-related foundation repair work.
• Execute and oversee tuck pointing, mortar joint repair, brick/block replacement, lintel installation, and light structural masonry repairs.
• Assess job site conditions and create a work plan for crew assignments, materials, and tools.
• Integrate masonry repairs into larger foundation solutions such as wall stabilization, waterproofing, and structural reinforcement.
• Supervise crew members, providing training and guidance to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing education about masonry and foundation repair processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and adapt solutions to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
• Complete accurate job documentation and handoff to the proper parties.
• Drive the company-provided vehicle to and from job sites daily.
What is required to join our team as a Foreman:
• Masonry experience required (tuck pointing, lintels, brick/block repair, mortar finishing).
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Basic construction knowledge (foundation repair or structural reinforcement experience is a plus).
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Willingness to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Physical Requirements:
• Lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) regularly.
• Walk and stand for long periods of time while performing strenuous labor.
• The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
• Maintain good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination for masonry and repair work.
• The employee must have excellent stamina.
• Seeing with the ability to read reports, data, statistics and information on computer screens are required.
