Position Summary
The Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing process. This role combines product expertise, relationship building, and consultative selling to help customers find the perfect vehicle while consistently achieving individual and dealership sales goals.
Our Sales Consultants are trusted advisors who create lifelong customers through honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service.
What You'll Do
  • Welcome every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Build rapport by understanding each customer's wants, needs, and budget.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, technology, safety features, financing options, and available accessories.
  • Conduct engaging vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
  • Present customized purchase and lease solutions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the buying journey.
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, showroom traffic, and previous customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Finance, Service, and Parts departments to deliver a seamless ownership experience.
  • Stay current on Toyota product knowledge, incentives, and industry trends.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
