Design and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations to drive standardization, ensuring efficient and orderly processes that support organizational growth requirements.Business Coordination and Process Enhancement: Oversee coordination of overseas warehouse operations, single-piece distribution, and reverse logistics. Manage end-to-end processes including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfillment. Analyze operational metrics to continuously refine workflows, boosting both storage efficiency and order processing capabilities.Team Leadership and Risk Management: Lead organizational development including team building, talent cultivation, and structural optimization. Develop localized staffing strategies to mitigate employment risks while enhancing team performance and regulatory compliance, ensuring stable warehouse operations.Resource Optimization and Service Excellence: Develop networks of local warehousing and logistics service providers. Enhance storage and distribution systems by coordinating multi-party resources to deliver superior localized services.
