MDAEdge is a company specializing in consulting services, and they are seeking an Enterprise Architect with expertise in Oracle CX Sales and B2B Service Cloud. The role involves leading large-scale implementations, crafting solutions, and managing customizations and integrations within CX Cloud Projects.
Responsibilities:
• Overall, 10+ years relevant to this position with at least 6+ years of consulting experience in the CX Domain.
• Experience in implementing and enhancing PRM.
• Experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud Applications, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following is a must on CX Sales, B2B Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Services, Visual Builder Studio.
• Strong techno-functional skills in proposing and crafting efficient solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on CX Cloud Projects.
• Prior hands-on experience in functional configurations and customizations in the following areas - custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc.
