- Strong understanding of NLP, NLU, intent/entity design, dialogue management, and conversational design.
- Experience with voice bot / chatbot design for customer service and contact center workflows.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and XML.
- Exposure to GenAI / LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, or Vertex AI.
Design, develop, and customize Cognigy.AI and NICE CXone Agentic AI conversational solutions.
- Build and maintain flows, intents, entities, context management, business logic, and dialogue orchestration.
- Develop AI-powered virtual agents for voice and digital customer interaction channels.
