Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, particularly with configurations
Develop, test, and debug scripts using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
Document integration processes, including design, configuration, and customization details.
Provide technical support and maintenance for existing configurations
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficient in JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is preferred.
