Job description

This role focuses on the hands-on design and development of AI-driven applications, APIs, and agent-based solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong full stack development capabilities with experience leveraging modern AI tools and frameworks to build scalable, production-ready solutions. This individual will work across multiple technologies and collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to bring AI-enabled use cases to life.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI-driven applications, services, and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Build and enhance agent-based solutions leveraging platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and integrate backend services, data models, and APIs to support AI use cases
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development practices

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of software development experience with strong full-stack capabilities
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain)
  • Experience building APIs and working with data models and integrations
