Job Description
Design, develop, and enhance front-end applications using React.js
Contribute to full stack development, including backend integration and data access layers
Develop reusable UI components and shared libraries
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and backend engineers
Integrate applications with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases via backend services
Consume and integrate RESTful APIs
Coordinate, review, and guide development activities performed by offshore teams
Conduct code reviews and enforce development and quality standards
Support application deployments, defect resolution, and performance tuning
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives)
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-transfer artifacts
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of overall application development experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)
