Clearance Level Required:

Active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to successfully pass a Polygraph examination.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases for web-based and enterprise applications.
  • Partner with software developers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into DevSecOps workflows.
  • Champion testing best practices across the team.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance software quality and program success.

Basic Qualifications:

  • US citizenship is required per contract.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 8+ years of software testing or quality engineering experience.
  • Experience testing enterprise applications throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience developing automated test solutions.
  • Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate results and issues to technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (i.e., Playwright, Cypress, etc.) and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python).
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications and large-scale systems.
  • Experience with API, UI, database, and performance testing.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native applications and containerized environments.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB, CASTP, CAST, CSTE, Security+, or similar.
