WEB & SYSTEMS DEVELOPER (On-site, Fort Sill, Oklahoma) Position Summary The Web & Systems Developer is responsible for the design, development, integration, administration, and sustainment of secure, scalable, and user-centric web-based solutions in support of DoD and Army environments. This role combines full-stack web development, systems integration, SharePoint administration, Microsoft 365 ecosystem support, AI-enabled solutions development, and digital content management. The position requires expertise in modern web technologies, enterprise content management systems, artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and emerging technologies.

The Web & Systems Developer ensures compliance with DoD standards, Army G-6 regulations, and Section 508 accessibility requirements. This position requires a Secret Security Clearance, Security+, and Computing Environment Certification Key Responsibilities : Web Development & Systems Engineering Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain dynamic and static websites and web-based services. Perform site planning, graphical design, layout development, and content structuring.

Develop web interfaces using HTML, HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, PHP, SQL, AJAX, Bootstrap, JQuery, SASS, and related technologies. Integrate blogs, RSS/news feeds, audio/video content, and social networking services and APIs. Maintain and enhance web applications and webmaster support functions.

Design and implement DoD-compliant links and integrations with other government websites. Conduct website audits and reviews to ensure content accuracy, relevance, regulatory compliance, and policy adherence. Microsoft & Enterprise Platform Support : Develop and support solutions within: Microsoft 365 Application Suite Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse PowerQuery Azure DevOps Azure Storage Create and maintain SharePoint pages, workflows, and permissions.

Administer groups, manage content updates, and perform routine maintenance procedures.
