Role :

Deliver design from the architecture available

Convert User stories into technical designs and/or address this with the off-shore team.

Estimate the story-points / velocity of off-shore team.

Control proper process compliancy, QA Gateways (e.g. code-reviews, tests) of off-shore deliverables
