Development Team Lead (VPC System Operations) – Bilingual Korean/English

Location: Savannah, GA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Development Team Lead to oversee system operations and application support at the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) supporting operations in Savannah, GA.

This role combines technical leadership with people management, serving as the first-line manager for a team of approximately five IT professionals while ensuring stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of vehicle processing systems.

Job Description

Lead the VPC application development and system operations team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day team management.
Manage vehicle tracking and inventory systems, ensuring accurate monitoring of vehicle status and location throughout the processing lifecycle.
Maintain and support data integration across manufacturing plants, logistics providers, dealerships, and related enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain workflow automation for vehicle inspection, customization, quality control, and operational processes.
Perform system maintenance, software upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure stable operations.
Provide end-user technical support, issue resolution, and user training.
Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support business analysis and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development and application support experience.
Previous experience serving as a Development Lead, Technical Lead, or Team Lead with people management responsibilities.
Strong experience with Java Spring Framework or Spring Boot.
Experience with iBATIS/MyBatis.
Experience developing and supporting Oracle Database applications.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting logistics, manufacturing, automotive, or warehouse management systems.
Experience working with enterprise applications integrated with ERP, MES, or logistics platforms.
Familiarity with vehicle processing, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
Experience developing operational reports and data analysis tools.
