Technologies: 
MUST have recent experience with Liferay 6.1 (6.0 is OK): 2yrs+ 
Additional experience with earlier versions of Liferay or another portal platform: 3yrs+ 
Java/J2EE: 7yrs+ 
Spring/Spring MVC/Spring Remoting: 5yrs+ 
HTML/CSS/JavaScript: 7yrs+ 
XML: 7yrs+ 
Web Services (SOAP and REST): 3yrs+ 
Velocity: 1yr+ 
jQuery: 1yr+ 
SQL: 5yrs+ (Oracle a big plus) 
Hibernate/MyBatis/iBatis: 5yrs+ 
Linux: 1yrs+ (Red Hat preferred) 
Experience with SiteMinder is a plus
