2.) Middle-tier and Back-end: Spring 3+ MVC (Security, AOP, IOC, JDBC), SOAP/REST Web Services (Consume/create), Hibernate4+(ORM), Oracle or DB2
3.) Clearquest/ Clearcase | Drools (Rules engine)
