The Work The C2BMC-Regional Application (RA) Agile Release Train (ART) is seeking a software engineer that will thrive in a fast paced team environment in the design, development, and testing of the C2BMC applications.

Demonstrated experience developing software in a structured, process-based integrated team environment. Demonstrated experience utilizing configuration management tools in the development of software (e.g. Git/Gitlab/etc.)

Understanding of standard system engineering design artifacts such as System requirements, Use Cases, and SysML diagrams. The successful candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to work independently, and be able to work in a highly dynamic environment. Candidate will need to be able to work with multiple disciplinary teams including Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, Deployment and Warfighter Support to help ensure mission success.

Security+ or equivalent certification may be required within 60 days of starting for some roles. Desired Skills Experience in the following: Missile Defense Domain experience Design and development of real-time Java applications. Developing multi-thread Java applications Developing new capabilities into a legacy software system.

Optimizing Java applications for run-time performance. Development of complex mathematical algorithms from design documents. SW analysis against performance requirements.

Resolving cyber/security issues identified by Fortify/SonarQube/etc. Maven or Gradle. Automated unit testing frameworks.
