The ideal candidate is proficient in scanning tools that we use here. Sonatype, Fortify, & Web Inspect.
They should be familiar with AZDO or other agile ticketing systems.
They will be responsible for running each scan for all of our applications.
Reviewing the scan results and making the required code changes as needed.
They will support the team with their own scans and help them resolve items as needed.
They will work closely with the security team to communicate that state of our application vulnerability scans and prepare tickets and fixes for delivery.

Job Description:
  • A Software Development Engineer designs, develops, tests, installs, and maintains systems, applications, networks, and/or telecom and related processes to meet the functional objectives of the business. Assesses system, application, network, and/or telecom needs, provides modeling and simulation consulting to clarify client technology functionality, and evaluates and implement new advanced technologies.
  • Ensures adherence to established technology standards and consults with senior leadership on technology solutions.
  • Supports existing systems and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project. Responsible for assigning resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables.
