Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a Java developer to be part of new Open Source BPM Framework architecture and implementation. 

The successful candidate should have a broad range knowledge and skills including Java, database, WebService, Activiti BPM. As part of this team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing primary Activiti Java services, extending Activiti designer, develop patterns, process and procedure, design documents. 

The successful candidate should be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, be adept at understanding the existing code and develop new as well as reuse the available components, able to multitask, while providing creative solutions to business users.

Qualifications

5+ years knowledge of Java EE technologies, Spring framework (Core, JDBC, JMS, Messaging, Web, MVC).

Prior experience building Restful services, SOAP webservices, and building batch applications using Spring batch.

Significant experience with XML technologies like XSLT, XSD, XML parsers, Java-XML binding frameworks.

Development experience with open source BPM using BPMN 2.0 is preferred 

Excellent experience of development on open source integration frameworks like Spring integration, Apache Camel, MuleESB integrating using JMS, HTTP, Database, file protocols.

Good experience with java builds automation using using Ant, Maven, Gradle.

Selected individual will also have exposure to:

Good experience with continuous build using Rational Team Concert (RTC), Artifactory, Nolio.

Strong experience with Tomcat, Weblogic servers.

Database development in Oracle using SQL, PL/SQL 

Messaging solutions such as IBM Websphere MQ

Performance tuning JEE applications and identifying performance bottleneck.
