Sr. API Automation Lead (Karate tool mandatory)
- Manual & Automation functional testing, but not limited to Java+Selenium, Robo framework...etc.
- API (Integration) testing knowledge with experience in API testing tools such as Postman/SoapUI, Karate.
- Understanding and implementation of correct source control and branching strategies using Git.
- Create and present component/E2E test strategy, test plans, test approach, test cases, status and test summary reports to relevant business, internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to design and configure an Agile testing pipeline in a CI/CD tool (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo) in tandem with test management tools like JIRA.
- Ability to see the big picture and work independently involving multiple complex upstream and downstream applications & teams in Credit Card Servicing area but still pay attention to the smallest detail.
- Strong analytical skills to constantly communicate with multiple business/technical teams on agile requirements, draft test artifacts and constantly adapt them as per release cycles.
- Understand the current gaps w.r.t other testing areas of involved crew teams and advise QA engineers on Testing Coverage & Automation best practices.
- Participate in software release and post-release activities, including increasing test coverage, development of regression test pack, designs for proof of concepts.
- Learn and experiment with new testing tools & technologies on a regular basis.
- Great articulation and communication within the team as well as with the clients directly to represent QE team's voice at multiple forums and provide Release go-ahead at Business leadership level.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
