Cloud & DevOps: Experience deploying/operating STEP on Azure, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/Git).

Solutioning & Customer Engagement

Translate business requirements into STEP configurations and technical designs; present solution options with pros/cons and effort estimates.

Facilitate workshops, create functional/technical specifications, and drive stakeholder sign offs.
