Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical design, architecture, and deployment of PLM solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for PLM systems and work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Oversee the integration of 3DEXPERIENCE with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, and SCM, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Manage system configurations, customizations, and extensions within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring best practices in PLM implementation and support.
  • Coordinate the execution of system upgrades, patches, and new releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, escalating when necessary to maintain system uptime.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the PLM system, collaborating with IT and security teams to adhere to compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to PLM configurations, integrations, and custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or consultants on project delivery and support.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in PLM implementation and technical support with a focus on Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE platform (previous experience with ENOVIA, CATIA, or similar products a plus).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE modules, customization options, and administration. Proficiency in PLM-related technologies (e.g., Java, XML, SQL, web services, and API integrations).
  • Integration Experience: Experience with integrating 3DEXPERIENCE with other enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and CAD systems.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and managing complex PLM projects.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
