Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Plano, TX

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java backend development, modern frontend frameworks, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that support critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components using React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
  • Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
  • Participate in system architecture, application design, and code reviews.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum development practices and actively contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in technical discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong programming experience with Java 8/11/17.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Spring Boot
    • Spring MVC
    • Spring Security
    • Microservices
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
  • Strong frontend development experience with technologies such as:
    • React
    • Angular
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
    • JavaScript
    • TypeScript
    • Bootstrap
    • Material UI
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  • Strong SQL development and database optimization skills.
  • Experience with development and build tools such as:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as:

  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including:
