Familiarity with tools like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA, JDBC, version control systems such as Git, and certifications like Oracle Certified Java Programmer can be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication help developers collaborate and debug complex issues efficiently.
