Agile Developer 4 - (Java, Spring Boot, AWS)

Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland

Description:

Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies.

Responsible for developing Java Spring Boot microservice applications, optimizing AWS services with Python, building REST services, and supporting CI/CD and agile delivery.

  • Writing Java Spring Boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies
  • Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
  • Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
  • Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps
  • Agile development and delivery of software
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders

Position Required Skills:

  • Write Java Spring Boot microservice applications using AWS native technologies
  • Use Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, EC2, and S3

Salary Range: $217k-$266k (Annually)
