Competencies (Experience Required)
  • 10+ years of overall software development experience
  • 8+ years designing & developing solutions on the Alfresco platform
  • Strong experience with Alfresco & Alfresco Share (medium to large-scale implementations)
  • Strong Java, J2EE, Spring, Web Services, REST development expertise
  • Experience with AWS (mandatory)
  • Experience with relational databases: Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Tomcat application server
  • Good understanding of Spring Boot, SOLR, and ECM systems
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project execution and testing
  • Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead design, development, and enhancement for end-to-end Alfresco platform solutions.
  • Develop and optimize Alfresco object models, security models, taxonomy, search features, UI components, and workflows.
  • Build Alfresco Share-based customizations and extensions.
  • Develop proof of concepts/prototypes for enterprise document management, BPM, collaboration, and records management.
