Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will collaborate closely with PMO, product management, architecture, and infrastructure teams to shape end-to-end solutions.

  • Front-End Innovation: Design and develop Single Page Applications (SPA) and Rich Internet Applications using React, HTML5, CSS3, and object-oriented JavaScript.

  • Back-End Engineering: Build and maintain robust back-end systems using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate within Linux/Unix environments.

  • Architecture & CI/CD: Draft and review architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications while leveraging modern build systems (Webpack) and CI/CD deployment workflows.

  • Data & Messaging: Work with relational databases (Oracle, Sybase) and implement low-latency messaging middleware.

  • Technical Leadership: Mentor other software developers on the team, championing clean code structures, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum best practices.

  • Risk & Compliance: Maintain a strong awareness of industry compliance, risk control processes, and the regulatory landscape inherent to the financial sector.



RequirementsQualifications We Seek

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working within financial markets, banking, or wealth management.

  • Front-End Expertise: Advanced mastery of JavaScript frameworks, specifically React and TypeScript, along with responsive web design practices.

  • Back-End Expertise: Solid hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and relational databases.
