We have partnered with our client in their search for a Sr Java Developer for a contract to hire role in Midtown, NYC

Responsibilities
  • Hands-on development: Deliver critical components, prototypes, and complex features; unblock others by tackling the hardest problems.
  • Code quality & reviews: Establish coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure test coverage, readability, and maintainability.
  • Mentoring & coaching: Guide engineers' growth, pair on design/coding, share best practices, and help onboard new team members.
  • Delivery ownership: Drive execution-break down work, estimate, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are met with predictable delivery.
