Job description

Technical Lead

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers working with Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB. The primary objective is to oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, ensure high-quality code development, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Java based applications using Spring Boot and MongoDB.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate project status and technical considerations to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance application performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and mentor team members on best practices in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB development.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Skill Requirements:

  • 10+ years plus experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.
