Platform Engineer (DevOps)

Dans le cadre d’un environnement technologique exigeant et en forte croissance, nous recherchons un.e Platform Engineer orienté DevOps. Vous interviendrez au cœur des équipes infrastructure pour concevoir, maintenir et faire évoluer des plateformes critiques, en garantissant leur fiabilité, leur performance et leur scalabilité.

Responsabilités
  • Assurer le bon fonctionnement et la disponibilité des environnements (production, test, développement)
  • Maintenir et optimiser les services en production (monitoring, alerting, incident management, support on-call)
  • Contribuer à la conception et à l’implémentation d’infrastructures scalables (cloud, réseau, stockage)
  • Participer à l’automatisation des processus et à l’amélioration continue des plateformes
  • Intervenir sur le debugging applicatif et infrastructure (analyse, scripting, correction)
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour garantir des déploiements fiables et performants
Profil recherché
  • 5 à 6 ans d’expérience en tant que Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer ou Software Engineer orienté infrastructure
  • Solide expérience en environnement Linux et exploitation de services en production
  • Maîtrise de plusieurs outils DevOps : Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, OpenShift (ou équivalents)
  • Bon niveau en scripting (Shell, Python) et capacité à intervenir dans le code pour debug
  • Connaissances des pratiques SRE (monitoring, automatisation, gestion des incidents)
  • Expérience des processus de CI/CD, release management et cycle de vie applicatif
  • Notions en développement logiciel (Go, Java ou Python) et bases SQL appréciées
  • Anglais obligatoire (écrit et oral)
  • Autonomie, curiosité, esprit d’équipe et orientation résultats
