  • Work directly with clients in all phases of design process - from the initial napkin sketch to opening the front door! 
  • Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, work plans, and contracts
  • Collaborate with other enthusiastic ISGers while leading design efforts to create inspiring and uplifting spaces to live, work, and play
  • Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with project managers and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Maintain the quality control of drawings and specifications
  • Direct the development and preparation of project contract documents
  • Get your boots dirty conducting site visits to observe construction progress and respond to any on-site challenges
  • Help mentor and develop the next generation of designers and architects

  • 10+ years of professional design experience and licensed to practice architecture
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited architecture program
  • K-12, Sports + Recreation and Government + Cultural, experience, a plus
  • Ability to communicate ideas empathetically and visually through both written and verbal media
  • Ability to represent ISG and clients in public forums
  • Familiarity in Revit, Adobe Suite and Sketchup computer software packages
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and participate with a variety of team members on different projects at varying levels of development
