The Senior Software Engineer (Java) will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise‑grade software solutions. This role involves researching emerging technologies, building proof‑of‑concepts, defining technical specifications, and delivering high‑quality code across the full development lifecycle.
 The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineer with strong Java expertise, a solid understanding of modern frameworks, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving environment. This position requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams, participation in architectural discussions, and ownership of complex engineering challenges. Responsibilities include improving system performance, ensuring scalability, supporting product releases, and resolving customer‑reported issues to maintain product stability. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies to address complex engineering challenges.
  • Develop proof-of-concept prototypes to validate proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering Management to define functional specifications and design documents for NextLabs products and solutions.
  • Lead definition, design, and development of products and components while following architectural best practices.
  • Deliver architecture, technical solutions, and production-quality code across the SDLC.
  • Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability of NextLabs products.
  • Partner with QA and Technical Publications to support testing coverage and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate across teams for cohesive system design and implementation.
