The Commissions Platform team sits within the Finance Technology organization and is responsible for designing, building,and maintaining enterprise systems that support commission use cases from multiple channels, such as Partners, Geico and Independent agencies. Our platform enables accurate calculation, reporting and payment of commissions while ensuring compliance, audibility, and financial integrity. As part of this team, you will contribute to critical systems that directly impact financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities (Full Stackand Cloud)

Application & Microservices Development

  • Design, develop, andmaintainscalable web applications usingReact JSfor frontend andJavafor backend services

  • Build and managemicroservices-based architectures, ensuring high availability, resiliency, and performance

  • Develop secureRESTful APIsand reusable components following clean architecture and coding best practices

  • Work withSQL and NoSQL databasesto support transactional and analytical workloads

AI & Intelligent Automation

  • Experience using AI CodingAssistants (Cursor, Copilot or equivalent)

Annual Salary

$100,000.00 - $215,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
