About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on engineering leader to lead a team responsible for a large-scale appointment scheduling platform used by enterprise organizations. This role combines team leadership, technical ownership, and product innovation, with a strong focus on modern engineering practices and AI-enabled development. You'll help shape the future of scheduling while driving delivery, mentoring engineers, and modernizing a business-critical platform.
What You'll Do
  • Lead team planning, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Coach and develop engineers while fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Drive the technical direction of the scheduling platform.
  • Modernize and improve enterprise applications without disrupting business operations.
  • Champion AI-assisted development practices across the software development lifecycle.
  • Help deliver intelligent scheduling experiences, including conversational booking and smart recommendations.
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience leading software engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern web applications using React and/or Angular.
