We provide services in enterprise application development, system integration & support services for Insurance, Financial, Hospitality, Telecommunication, Pharmaceutical & Banking sectors.

This Role is hybrid( 2weeks /alternate week onsite to fidelity sites)

Role: Quant Developer (KDB+/Python) โ€“ Trading Systems

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize KDB+/q databases for high-volume trading and market data.
  • Develop Python-based AI/ML and quantitative models for research, prediction, and signal generation.
  • Build research and backtesting frameworks using historical market data.
  • Deploy quantitative and AI models into production.
  • Optimize real-time analytics for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineering teams to deliver trading solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and contribute to next-generation trading platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in quantitative finance or trading systems.
  • Strong expertise in KDB+/q (time-series data, real-time analytics, high-performance querying).
  • Advanced Python programming for quantitative analysis and AI/ML development.
  • Experience with machine learning on time-series data.
  • Experience with high-frequency/large-scale market data.
  • Strong software engineering practices (Git, testing, modular design).
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • CI/CD experience (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, uDeploy).
  • Familiarity with Java, Linux, and shell scripting.
  • Experience using AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting production trading systems and participating in on-call rotations.
  • Ability to work closely with quants, researchers, and traders in a fast-paced environment.
