1. Gathering requirements from business and get clarifications
2. Analyzing the existing processes and preparing process flow diagrams.
3. Helping clients to determine/propose optimal solutions
4. Translating collected requirements into technical solutions
5. Drafting functional specification documents
6. Preparing high-level and detail-level designs for the given business problems
7. Hands-on expertise in writing coding and testing
8. Co-ordination with offshore counterparts for deliverables
