  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers, technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture and project management in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a technical field.
  • Experience in an online advertising/customer growth role and familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
  • Practical experience configuring, querying, or troubleshooting CRM architectures (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or custom internal backends).

  • Lead technical consultations and MarTech diagnostic sessions to uncover opportunities for custom solutions, ensuring designs respect industry-specific data constraints and business cycles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing technical-product oversight during implementation, ensuring the engineering build aligns with customer strategy while deferring base-code decisions to engineering.
