Advantest, a leading Semiconductor Test and Measurement Company, is seeking self-driven and creative Application Engineers who are interested in the field ofSemiconductor Testing.The internship involves working with the Application Engineering team developing test solutions on V93000 ATE.The Advantest 93000 platform is industry leading in RF, Highspeed Digital, Analog, and Parametric testing of semiconductor devices. This internship will be located in San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop V93000 applications utilizing Eclipse Java development environment.
  • Learn to operate test instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, capacitance meters and digital multimeters.
  • Analyze and publish measurement data for other team members - including delivering technical presentations
