Responsibilities
We are a tool team focused on improving platform efficiency of international monetization platforms. Our core mission is to empower the QA (Quality Assurance) and RD (Research and Development) teams by developing a series of tools closely related to quality and efficiency. We help them achieve dual improvements in work efficiency and quality in their daily work, and promote the smooth and efficient operation of the entire R&D process. We encourage the exploration and application of cutting-edge AI tools and are committed to integrating advanced technologies into the development of efficiency tools. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Deeply understanding the pain points and needs of the QA and RD teams in their work, participate in the design and development of targeted efficiency tools, including but not limited to test management tools, automated build tools, code quality analysis tools, etc., to provide support for improving efficiency and quality from a technical perspective. 2. Participate in the full lifecycle management of tools, including requirement analysis, architecture design, coding implementation, test optimization, and subsequent maintenance and iterative upgrades, and assist in ensuring the stability, usability, and efficiency of the tools. 3. Assist in maintaining close communication and collaboration with the QA and RD teams, collect feedback on tool usage, participate in continuously optimizing tool functions to make them more suitable for actual work scenarios, and maximize the role of tools in improving work efficiency and quality. 4. Participate in researching advanced concepts and technologies in the field of efficiency tool development in the industry, especially the exploration and application of cutting-edge AI tools. Combine the actual situation of the team to provide suggestions for technical selection and innovation, and help improve the technical level of the team's tool development and the competitiveness of the tools. 5. Assist in formulating standards and specifications for tool development, promote the standardization of the internal development process of the team, and ensure the quality and efficiency of tool development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a computer-related major, with an internship duration of no less than 3 months. 2. Master at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Python, Go, etc., with a certain programming foundation and good learning ability. 3. Have a certain understanding of software R&D processes and DevOps concepts, and those who understand the working modes and needs of the QA and RD teams are preferred. 4. Interested in test tools, automated tools, efficiency analysis tools, etc., and those with relevant development experience or project experience are preferred. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Have a certain ability to analyze and solve problems, and can actively respond to and assist in solving technical problems in the use of tools. 2. Have good communication and collaboration skills and team spirit, be proactive, be willing to accept challenges, have a strong passion for improving team efficiency, and have the desire to explore cutting-edge AI tools.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $45- $60.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
