Job description

Advanced Systems Design is seeking a Edifecs Developer for our client.
This is a work-from-home opportunity.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience with EDI X12 healthcare transactions (837, 835, 277CA, 278, 270/271, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with EDIFECS, including:
    • Spec Builder
    • Transaction Manager (TM)
    • XEServer
    • xes-manager
  • Experience building profiles, routes, and trading partner relationships
  • Experience connecting to endpoints such as HTTP/S, SFTP, file systems, databases, and queues
  • Strong troubleshooting experience
  • Solid communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Functional knowledge of healthcare transactions and workflows
  • Experience with scripting (Groovy, Java, or similar)
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, etc.)
  • Experience with automated testing tools
